The end user must call or email our technical support division on 0870 606 5008 or vis.service@meuk.mee.com, to receive the upgrade.  The process can be done over the phone, and takes approximately 30 minutes time to complete. 

NOTE:  The printer must be connected to a computer with internet access to complete this process. This upgrade is OPTIONAL, not required.  The firmware upgrade only provides changes to allow for the matte finish. Any printer that needs to be sent back to MEUK will incur labour charges and shipping costs. Online and phone upgrades are only available if booked in advance.
