Mitsubishi Electric launches latest high definition widescreen projector the WL639U
Mitsubishi Electric’s Visual Information Systems, a leading manufacturer of high quality display solutions has introduced the new WL639U widescreen, LCD projector to compliment its comprehensive WXGA offering. Designed to meet the increasing demands within both the education and business sectors for a widescreen solution, the WL639U displays high definition images in either 16:9 or 4:3 format.
Producing an impressive 3500 ANSI lumens of brightness the WL639U utilises the latest 3LCD® technology which ensures that intricate detail is retained within every presentation. The sRGB setting also helps to ensure that eye catching images are produced time after time by matching the hue variations in the colour spectrum. Both Colour Enhancer and 3D Colour Uniformity, ensures this WXGA projector will produce consistently high quality images across the entire screen. In addition the Colour Correction feature enables the WL639U to still project true to life images even on a coloured wall.
Suitable for use within larger venues the WL639U has a 600:1 contrast ratio helping to provide bright images even in a well lit room. The integrated LAN interface and PJLink with ProjectorView software option will enable users to connect the projector to a network for remote management via a PC, and the side loading lamp eliminates the need to remove the projector from its installed position.

The WL639U comes with a security anchor and password lock that will help reduce unauthorised use or theft, and up to 4000 hours of lamp life which helps to keep the cost of ownership low.
Pricing and Warranty:
The WL639U is now available from stock with a suggested retail price of £1,400 plus VAT. As with all Mitsubishi business projectors the WL639U comes with a three-year loan replacement warranty.
